Dr. Miroslava Dimitrova

Dr. Miroslava Dimitrova is Director of Culinary Science Program and Assistant Professor at Varna University of Management. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience, including guest lecturing positions in France, Hungary and Spain.

Since 2014 to 2019 she has been residing with her family in the USA and returns in Bulgaria to continue her academic career at her alma matter University. She participates as an expert in numerous EU project in Culinary Education, Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Tourism and is an associate editor of European Journal of Tourism Research.

She is passionate about cooking, travel and bio agriculture and believes in her mission to educate youths about healthy living and responsible consumption.
